65th NHK Kohaku uta Gassen Artist Lineup

Heck yeah! 30 more days till the 65th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen!!

I finally remember to check out their official website (click here) and they already released who will be performing in Kohaku...yay~~~ Here are some facts~

There are 51 artists will be performing in Kohaku this year. 27 artists in Red Team and 24 artists in White Team.

It seems that there will be 5 artists performing for the first time in Kohaku. HKT48, May.J and Yakushimaru Hiroko in Red Team. SEKAI NO OWARI and V6 in White Team.

From all 65 annual Kohaku Uta Gassen , White Team won 35 times while Red Team won 29 times

This year host and hostess will be Arashi and Yoshitaka Yuriko

65th Kohaku Uta Gassen host

Yay! The host of the NHK's 65th Kohaku Uta Gassen has been announced! This year host will be Arashi group and Yoshitaka Yuriko.

Arashi has been Kohaku Uta Gassen's host since 2010. This year marks their 5th year as Kohaku's host and their 15th years debut anniversary (Yay Arashi!)

As for Yoshitaka Yuriko, this is her first time hosting Kohaku Uta Gassen and I guess the reason why she's being choose because she is the main heroine for NHK's morning drama Hanako to Anne that being broadcasted from March 31st, 2014 and recently ended on September 27th, 2014.

65th Kohaku Uta Gassen will be broadcast on December 31st, 2014 at NHK channel. This program will start on 7;15pm till 11;45pm, JST time.
